What data is used, and why?
The request includes your name, email, phone number if provided, customer type, issue type and description, and support preference. This data is used to assess your request, contact you and arrange the support you requested. Do not send passwords or confidential information.
How does this form work?
In this version, the form prepares a message in your email app. You must confirm sending it in that app. Filling in the form alone does not send the request or store your data in a website database. Field contents remain on the page while it is open; your browser may use its own autofill features.
Once sent, the request is received in Elson Moreira's Gmail inbox. Your email provider and Google take part in transmitting and storing the message under their respective terms and policies. The website hosting infrastructure may process technical data needed to provide and secure the service, such as your IP address.
Legal basis and retention
The consent given on the form allows your data to be processed to respond to your enquiry. When you request a service, processing may also be necessary for pre-contractual steps you have requested and to perform that service. Applicable legal obligations may require certain records to be retained.
